2. Description of Service
Alpha Copilot is an AI-powered options trading analysis tool. It provides data-driven analysis, probability calculations, and strategy recommendations based on real-time market data. The Service is provided on a freemium basis with optional paid subscriptions.
3. Not Financial Advice
Alpha Copilot is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or dealer. The Service does not provide personalized investment advice. All analysis, recommendations, and data presented are for informational and educational purposes only. Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past probability calculations and analysis do not guarantee future results.
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Free accounts include 20 strategy analyses per day.
- Professional subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service beyond intended use.
- Resell or redistribute analysis from the Service without permission.
- Interfere with the operation of the Service.
7. Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate real-time market data, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis. Market data is sourced from third-party providers (Alpaca, Polygon) and may be subject to delays or errors. Always verify trade details with your broker before executing any trades.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Copilot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
